William Earl Billy Stanley, 27, of Park Street, Bristol passed away unexpectedly Monday, Dec. 5, 2005 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. He was the husband of Tina M. (Gray) Stanley. Billy was born in Torrington Feb. 3, 1978, the son of Roger W. Stanley Jr. and Nadine (Spring) Stanley. He was employed by Landeen Transport of Waterbury. Besides his wife, of Bristol, and parents, of Torrington, he is survived by two sons, Richard W. and Benjamin C. Stanley, both of Bristol; a brother, Jayson R. Beechinor of New Hartford; and a sister, Nicole R. (Stanley) Mirard of Torrington; a maternal grandmother, Charlotte Spring of Torrington; a paternal grandmother, Mary L. Scofield Stanley of Cro-ghan, N.Y.; three nieces; several aunts and uncles; and many friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Mor-ton Spring of Torrington, and his paternal grandfather, Roger W. Stanley Sr. of Croghan, N.Y. Billy was a wonderful husband and father, son and friend. He enjoyed riding his quad, Peterbilt trucks, snowmobiling, plowing and fishing. Calling hours will be held Friday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol. A religious service will follow the calling hours.
