Ronald Small
Ronald Small, 74, of 39 Smith St., Bristol, passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, at Bristol Hospital. He was the husband of Susan (Davis) Small. Ron was born in Bradford, Maine, May 8, 1937, the son of the late Walter and Minnie (Bradshaw) Small.
He worked at Pratt and Whitney as an NDT inspector for 34 years before he retired in 1999. He was a member of BPOE No. 1010.
Beside his loving wife, he is survived by four daughters, Brenda and her husband, John Janser, Rhonda and her husband, Bruno St. Pierre, Linda and her husband, Robert Klepps Jr., and Ulanda and her husband, Augustus Alexander; three brother in-laws, Greyling Davis, Russell and his wife, Krys and Howard and his wife, Kathleen; two sisters in Florida; and nine grandchildren, Ashley, Jake, Kyle, Kory, Adam, Lauren, Victoria, Kaiya and Alexia; a great-grandson, Gavin; plus two special friends, Freckles and Chauncey.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at 11 a.m., at Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of the service.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
