Rodney Hamelin

Rodney Hamelin, 62, of Bristol, died on Sunday, March 25. He was born in Bristol on May 1, 1956, to Mary (Velardo) and Raymond Hamelin.
He served in the U.S. Army, HHC 2nd Battalion 5th Cavalry Division FORSCOM Honorably out of Ft. Hood, Texas, at the end of Vietnam.
He returned to work as a contractor specializing in custom tile work. He was a member of the American Legion, DAV, and The Bristol Polish Club.
He is survived by his fraternal twin Roger, brothers James and Paul, and his son Rodney Alan. A small family-only service will be held in private but any flowers, cards or donations may be sent to the Dunn Funeral Home.
