Paul L. Albert, 82 formerly of Stevens Street passed away July 8, 2014 at Countryside Manor of Bristol, he was the husband of the late Joan (Austin) Albert.
Paul was born in New Britain on November 5, 1931 the son of the late Patrick and Theresa (St. Pierre) Albert.
He was a veteran in the Korean War serving in the United States Army. He was proud to be a truck driver for 45 years retiring several years ago.
He was a member of the American Legion post # 2.
He is survived by one son, Patrick H. Albert of Bristol, three daughters, Barbara Young and her husband Gary of Bristol, Lori Tonon and her husband Jeff of Forestville, Leanne Mazrek and her husband Rich of Bristol. Eight grandchildren, Gary Morgan Jr., Jeffrey Morgan, Colleen Albert, Michael and Jamie Tonon, Shannon, Paige and Megan Mazrek. One great grandchild, Koby Morgan. Plus several nieces and nephews
Funeral and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no call on hours. Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St., Bristol, CT 06010 is in charge of the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's research hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
