Norman W. Heresko

Mr. Norman W. Heresko, 94, of Bristol, passed away, Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Unconn Health Center. He was the husband of the late Emilie M. (Bielert) Heresko. He was born in Terryville, CT on January 6, 1924 the son of the late Priscilla (Boniecki) Heresko and his step father Macar Krivoy. Norman resided in Bristol area his whole life and served in the United State Navy during World War II, he survived a Kamikaze attack on the USS Kidd , DD661. After the service he worked for West Hartford Pattern Works for many years before he became the owner of the company. He was a member of American Legion, Bristol Senior Center and a Life Member of VFW. He is survived by a son, Kenneth B. Heresko and a daughter, Patricia L. LeBeau both of Bristol. 2 grandsons, Timothy and Thomas LeBeau and 2 great grandchildren, Christian and Elena LeBeau. He is pre-deceased by a son Gerald R. Heresko. Burial was held in Peacedale Cemetery, Bristol. The Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St. Bristol is in charge of the arrangements. WWW.Dunnfh.com
