Dear Robert,
My sincere condolences go out to you. I remember how much Norma was a great grandmother to her grand children and how knowledgable she was about life in general.
She's in a much better place now with the lord and all the suffering has passed.
We have all the fond memories to share.

Dear Dawn,
I'm very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I used to live on Lincoln Street and we played together as children.  I spent many enjoyable hours at your apartment.  Over the years, I thought of your mother every time I saw a powder blue "antique" Mustang.  She was a nice person.  I'm sorry for your loss.

Dear Robert, your loss is felt by many, including some, like me, who never met Norma.  I only know the two of you, as the grandparents of Christine Burrill. She is one of the finest young women that I have ever worked with and your willingness to give her a loving home has been a tremendous influence in her life. I am sure that Norma's personality will be felt for many generations in your family.
