Bristol, Mrs. Regina D. (Zakreski) Fantasia, 86, of 108 Seymour St. Bristol passedaway Wednesday December 15, 2004 at the Bristol Hospital. She was the widow of Joseph James Fantasia.
She was born in Terryville on May 7, 1918 the daughter of late
Walter and Frances (Zalaski) Zakreski.
She lived in the Bristol area her whole life and was a member of St. Anthony Church, the Rosary Society and the Ladies Guild of the church. She retired from Eagle Lock 35 years ago where she worked for 20 years.
She is survived by a son Joseph James Fantasia of Bristol; a daughter Jean (Fantasia) Rustico and her husband John of Southington; a brother Henry Zakreski of Terryville and a grandson John C. Rustico. Several nieces and nephews
She is pre-deceased by a grandson Christopher Joseph Rustico.
Funeral will be held on Saturday at 9:00 AM from the Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St. Bristol to St. Anthony Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 5 a€" 8 PM.
