Margaret "Peggy" (Staubley) Webster
Margaret S Webster (Peggy) 87, of Bristol passed away on Wednesday October 30, 2013 surrounded by her family. As a young woman, Peggy enlisted and served in the U S Navy WAVE program. She later married her husband Laurence (Larry) and they raised their children together until his death in 1980. After retiring from a long employment at General Motors, she spent many years in the Fort Pierce area of Florida, where she was very active in her church.
In addition to her husband, Peggy was predeceased by her parents, George Staubley and Agnes (Doucet) Staubley, a brother George Staubley, a sister Marjorie Winters, her son Gary Webster, and her grandson Jamie Curtis.
Peggy leaves behind her children, Jack, Karen, Debby, Larry and his wife Diane, and Dorian and her husband Evan along with 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great , great, grand child.
Her family would like to express their most sincere thanks for the love and compassionate care provided by the staff at Ingraham Manor. There will be a private family ceremony at a later date. Funeral arrangements are being provided by Dunn Funeral 191 West St. Bristol.
