Louis Morrone, 50, of 55 Willoughby St., Bristol, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at Bristol Hospital. Louis was born in Paterno-Calabro, Cosenza, Italy, May 20, 1959, the son of Francesco Morrone and the late Giovanna (Nacaratto) Morrone. He immigrated to the United States in December 1963 with his parents, twin brother and late sister, Adeline DiMatteo. A graduate of St. Anthony's School and lifelong Bristol resident, he spent his last 25 years working as a member of the Tri-Mar Manufacturing Group. Besides his father, he is survived by his high school sweetheart of 35 years, Alison Laurendeau; his brother, Peter; nephews, Peter Jr. and Anthony Morrone of Bristol; nephews, Pasquale and Frank DiMatteo; and his wife, Pamela; great-niece, Joselyn; and brother-in-law, Mario DiMatteo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, June 6, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Church. Friends may call at the Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, in Bristol. www.dunnfh.com
