Leo A. Baiz, Jr., 57, formerly of Bristol passed away, Sunday, June 19, 2022. 
Leo was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, on June 8, 1965, son of Rosa M. (Muriel) Baiz and The late Leo A. Baiz, Sr. 
Beside his mother he is survived by 4 daughters, Ana Baiz, Angelica, Simone and Emily Baez, 2 brothers, Luis and Juan Baiz and 4 sisters, Carmen Bauza, Wanda Baiz, Lizzette Baiz and Mary Baiz. Step Father, Angel Matos, 5 grandchildren, plus several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
