Joseph G. Lazaroski, 79, of Mechanic Street, Forestville, husband of Mariette (Doyon) Lazaroski, died Saturday, April 1, 2006 at Bristol Hospital. He was born in Terryville April 4, 1926, a son of the late Joseph and Genevieve (Bernoski) Lazaroski. He was employed at Pratt & Whitney as an engineer for 30 years, retiring in 1989. He was a WWII Navy veteran and was a member of St. Ann Church. Besides his wife of 58 years, he is survived by two sons, Mark Lazaroski of Tully, N.Y. and Matt Lazaroski of Bristol; one daughter, Claudia Nettelbladt of Bristol; one sister, Eleanor Ross of Bristol; four grandchildren, Joseph and Brian Nettelbladt, Todd Lazaroski and Jessica Pernal; and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Lazaroski. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 9 a.m., at Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol and at St. Ann Church, Bristol, for a Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Terryville at the convenience of the family.
