John B. Ritondo, 55, of 20 Bel-Air Drive, Bristol, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008, at Subacute Center of Bristol. John was born in Bristol April 21, 1952, the son of the late Dominick J. and Marion E. (Riccio) Ritondo. A lifelong resident of Bristol, he graduated from St. Paul High School. He was employed at Bristol Hospital for several years. He was a member of St. Matthew Church. He is survived by a brother, Anthony Ritondo and his wife, Nora, of Southington; a sister, Denise Plourde and her husband, Pierre, of Plainville; nieces and nephews Brenda Jannotta and her husband, Anthony, Bryan Deprey, Kyle Ritondo, Alex Ritondo and Sarah Ritondo; and great-nieces and great-nephews D.J. and Griffin Deprey and Eleanor and John Jannotta; and several aunts and uncles. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008, at 10 a.m. at St. Matthew Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Bristol. There are no calling hours.
