Jean C. Nash

Wolcott, Jean (Ball) Nash, 97, of Wolcott, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2026 at The Pines of Bristol. She was the widow of Aubrey R. Nash, Jr.

She was the youngest child of Fred and Willie (Steel) Ball and was born on July 26, 1929 in Athens, West Virginia.

Jean and her husband moved to Connecticut in 1953 and eventually settled in Wolcott in 1964. She loved her flowers, jigsaw puzzles, and activities at the Wolcott Senior Center.

She is survived by 2 sons, Mark Edwards Nash and David Allen Nash, both of Brisstol, two daughters, Robin Terry Nash of Wolcott and Karen Nash Mirkin and her husband, Scott of PA, a grandson, Harrison Ross Mirkin.

He was predeceased by a son, Michael W. Nash.

Friends may call at Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St. Bristol on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM. Burial will take place in West Virginia at a later date. WWW.Dunnfh.com
