George D. Testa, 73, of 6 Pleasant St., Bristol, passed away, Feb. 18, 2012, at his home. George was born in Bristol May 4, 1938, the son of the late Domenico and Vicenza (Masci) Testa. He was one of 17 siblings.
He was a lifelong resident of Bristol and a member of St. Anthony Church, George worked for General Electric for 20 years and retired 20 years ago.
He is survived by a brother, Albert Testa of Southington, and a sister, Sister Angelina Testa of Morristown, N.J.; plus many nieces and nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. There are no calling hours. Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol is in charge of the arrangements.
