Frank Joseph Petosa, 57, of 200 Blakeslee St., Bristol passed away at Bristol Hospital on Monday, (May 9, 2011). He was the husband of Janet (Aiello) Petosa. Frank was born in Waterbury on July 14, 1953, son of the late Charles and Lucille (Sebastian) Petosa. He was raised in Wolcott and was a resident in Bristol for the past 30 years. He attended Louisa Mary Alcott School in Wolcott and received a full scholarship to CCSU in New Britain where he received his B.S. degree and graduated Magna cum laude in 1975. He retired as an accountant from the State of Connecticut. Besides his wife, he is survived by his son, Justin and his wife Daniela Petosa of Cromwell, a daughter Allison Petosa of Forestville. A sister, Donna and her husband Tom Kyrcz of Florida and a niece Kimberly and her husband Sean Michaud, plus close family and friends. Calling hours begin at Bethel Christian Church, 750 Stevens St. Bristol on Saturday, (May 14, 2011) at 9 a.m., followed by church service at 11 a.m. and Christian burial to follow in Peacedale Cemetery.
