Frank S. Mills, 52, of Bristol passed away Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, at The Hospital of Central Connecticut at New Britain General, surrounded by his loving family. Frank was born in San Diego, Calif., April 29, 1955, the son of Gayla (Higgens) Mills and the late Frank Mills. He worked as a carpenter for many years. He had a passion for cooking and was a black belt in judo. He was a caring individual and his ability to make people laugh and smile will be truly missed. Besides his mother of California he is survived by a son, Michael Mills of Bristol; three daughters, Miranda Stanchfield of Wolcott, Christina and Sharlene Mills, both of Bristol; nine grandchildren; a nephew, Jeremy; five nieces, Chery, Jeanette, Jenny, Tanya and Tammerah; as Well as his fiancAC., Becky Kelley. Service will be held Wednesday, at 11 a.m. from Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday, from 10 a.m. until time of the service.
