Born in Ponce, PR on March 14, 1963 the son of Olga (Esther)Velez and the late Angel Velez.
He is survived by his mother of Bristol, 3 sons, Angel, Edwin E. and Heriberto Velez.Four Brothers, Arberto, Arnardo, Wilson and Erick A. Velez. Three sisters, Evelyn, Arlene and Milagro Velez.
Calling hours are Thrusday. January 5th from 5 to 8 PM at Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St. Bristol, CT 06010
