Edie was the keeper of many memories, and enjoyed passing down family history, including recalling amazing details from her parents' emigration from Italy, and life in the U.S. She is survived by her sister, Pauline Santoro of Waterbury and her brother, Fred Nicoletti of New Hampshire, many nieces and nephews including Jackie Bond of Burlington, Karen Nicoletti of Barkhamsted, Teri Nicoletti of Rhose Island, Donna Nicoletti of San Francisco, Calif., Lisa Plaisted of New Hampshire, and Leonard and Jane Nicoletti of Massachussetts. Also, Edie greatly loved her numerous great- and great-great nieces and nephews, and enjoyed following the lives of all. Her warm, caring spirit and fun loving humor will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. from Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol, to St. Anthony Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 8:30 to 9:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St Jude Children's Hospital are requested. The Family would like to thank Iris, Edie's' wonderful caregiver, for her excellent attention and love. "Other things may change us, but we start and end with family" Rosaleen Dickson
