Doris (Grenier) LaBonte, 85, went home to the Lord peacefully on August 9, 2014 after a brief illness.
She was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Alice Grenier. Her brother, Omer and the love of her life, her husband George LaBonte.
She leaves behind to grieve her memory and to celebrate her life, her daughters, Alice LaBonte-Esposito and her husband Sal and Diane Verno and her husband Michael, her grandson Michael Murphy and his wife Tiffany, her sister and brother-in-law Annette and Ray O'Toole, her lovingly devoted nephews, Kenneth and Kathy, Patrick and Renée and Christopher and his wife Lauren O'Toole and her niece, Colleen Ranaudo; many other family members and her dear friends, as well.
Doris had a passion for cooking and baking, and likewise, her family and friends had a passion for eating her meals and goodies. She was a very active member of St. Ann Church.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on August 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Ann Church Bristol CT. Friends may call Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St., Bristol, CT on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery Bristol.
