PLYMOUTH - Donald L. Taillon, 74, of 103 Griffen Road, Terryville, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2007, at Waterbury Hospital surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Francis (Fijol) Taillon. Donald was born in Bristol Jan. 31, 1933, the son of the late Henry and Margery (Gaylord) Taillon. He was the owner of R & W Tire Shop in Bristol since 1957. Don always wanted to accomplish something new and good every day.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Gerald Taillon of Terryville, Andrew Taillon and Mark Taillon, both of Bristol; a brother, Kendall Taillon Sr. and his wife, Ann, of Bristol; and two grandchildren, Andrew and Amanda Taillon. Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol is in charge of the arrangements. Funeral will be held at the convenience of the family.
