Brian Jacobs, 28, of New Britain, CT passed away Tuesday, September 2nd, at St. Mary's Hospital, Waterbury.
Brian was born in Bristol, CT on September 8, 1985, a son of Linda (Kaine) Gokey and Ronald Jacobs.
He was a truck driver for Foster Hill Transport in West Brookfield, MA.
Besides his parents he is survived by a son, Chance Owen Jacobs, a step father, Stephen Gokey, a brother, Matthew Jacobs and a step brother, Stephen Fontaine and a half brother Alan Jacobs.
Service and Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
