Anna M. (Myers) Blanchard, 83, formerly of Bristol, passed away Friday, Aug. 18, 2006 at Farmington Care Center. She was the wife of Burton Blanchard. She was born July 20, 1923 in Bristol, the daughter of the late Arthur and Rudy (Roy) Myers. Mrs. Blanchard was a member of St. Anthony Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Arthur Bissell and Frank Myers, both of Bristol; a daughter, Rudy McGrath of East Windsor; a brother, Clarence A. Myers of Bristol; two sisters, Rhea M. Coleman and Rita M. Bailey, both of Bristol; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Mary A. Ouellette. The funeral will be held Tuesday, 9 a.m., from Dunn Funeral Home, 191 West St., Bristol, to St. Anthony Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
