Bristol, Agnes (Potowniak) Dziubek, 95 of Bristol passed away on, January 28, 2013. She was the widow of Joseph Dziubek.
She was born in West Rutland, VT on June 9, 1917, the daughter of the late Peter and Sophia (Ryszutak) Potowniak. Agnes resided in Bristol her entire life.
She was always cheerful, appreciative, gracious Lady who became the voice of Stephen AutoMall Centre for over 40 years where she worked until the age of 85.
She was a long time member of St. Stanislaus Church.
She is survived by a brother, Alex Potowniak of West Rutland and 2 sisters, Judy Warzecho of Bristol and Theresa Sheloski of West Rutland, VT. A sister in-law Helen Potowniak of Bristol. Also loved by Donna Janazzo who Agnes referred to as her other daughter plus nephew Peter Potowniak and Godson Jim Warzecho, plus several other nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed and remain for ever in our hearts.
She is predeceased by a daughter Joan Monico and a son Joseph Dziubek, a brother, John Potowniak of Bristol, and three sisters, Jane Gurdak of Vermont, Stella Dziedzic and Jean Zak both of NJ. .
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:00 am at St. Stanislaus Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dunn Funeral Home 191 West St. Bristol on Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM .
